															Meeting in our office with
The project manager

The details we gave you over the phone were a bit general, which is natural –
It’s hard to understand everything from the phone. In a meeting with the project manager, you will dive into the depth of the data. We will present you the permits and the project plans, the unique advantages of the transaction and the financing options available to you.

															The purchase process

After we have presented you with all the data and realized that you indeed want and are suitable to be partners of Israel Lands in the transaction, we can move to the purchase phase. At this stage you will choose the size of the unit you wish to purchase, we will close all the various details, and sign the sales contract and the partnership agreement at the M. Piron

															Full registration in Tabu

The transaction will not be complete until we register the land unit you purchased in your name in the registry. Therefore, in the last step we will register a warning note in Tabu, and then we will complete the process by registering full ownership in Tabu.

															Regular updates

As part of our service, we make sure to accompany our buyers hand in hand and provide reports and updates about the status and progress of the stages in the project you purchased.
